Military & Veteran Discount

As a thank you for your service, we've partnered with GovX to offer military (active duty & veterans) and military families (spouses & dependents) a 15% discount storewide. Please click on the GOVX ID button at the bottom right of your cart page and follow the steps.

Non-Profit Organizations

To apply for our special 15% discount for non-profit organizations, complete the application form below, and email your a copy of proof of NPO Status 501(c)(3) to hello@smartplayrooms.com with the subject title: ”NPO Discount”.

We collect sales tax in NY and CT. If you are buying products on behalf of a non-profit and are sales tax exempt, we can offer you our products sales tax free if you provide us with the following documents:

Connecticut
- For information on Connecticut's official state website - click here.
- Please forward us a copy of either form CERT-123 or CERT-119
New York
- For information on New York's official state website - click here.
- Non-profits need to apply for the Exempt Purchase Certificate with NY state
- Please forward us a copy of your ST-119.1 form
