To apply for our special 15% discount for non-profit organizations, complete the application form below, and email your a copy of proof of NPO Status 501(c)(3) to hello@smartplayrooms.com with the subject title: ”NPO Discount”.
We collect sales tax in NY and CT. If you are buying products on behalf of a non-profit and are sales tax exempt, we can offer you our products sales tax free if you provide us with the following documents:
