Returns and Cancellation

All of our products are custom made especially for you, and are therefore NOT RETURNABLE. The only exception is in the rare occasion a product arrives damaged. Our full return policy is printed below.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Holidays and peak sales periods may affect your shipping time frame. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days; once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled. We can be reached at: shop@smartplayrooms.com

Please note: Certain products are processed within 2 hours after ordering and can therefore not be canceled (play couches, soft shapes, neon signs, basketball hoops and balls, natural wood climbers, stepping stones, wooden slides, activity boards, balance beams). If you have a question about which products can or cannot be canceled, please email shop@smartplyrooms.com before ordering.

In the rare occasion that an item arrives damaged or that you received the wrong item, please take photos within 24 hours of delivery and email them to shop@smartplayrooms.com and we will be happy to assist you!

MONKEY BARS  INTERNATIONALLY

Monkey bars orders that are shipped internationally cannot be exchanged or returned even if they arrive damaged. Customs often opens parcels and doesn’t always repack them with appropriate cushioning which can result in the bars rubbing against each other in transit, causing damage.
